VAT Policy

Effective 2024, we will be comply with Australian regulations, and starting April 2024, with EU and UK VAT regulations. Therefore, prices listed on our website will exclude VAT charges. Due to the complexities involved in VAT management for business-to-business transactions across different countries, we've revised our services to accept payments from individuals rather than businesses. If you are a business operating in these regions, we recommend consulting a professional to assist you in reclaiming the VAT. Other countries may be added in the future. Digital Product Delivery

Upon completion of payment, you'll be directed to create an account where all the files are stored. Once you've added your login details, you'll be able to access the digital files instantly. Subscription Services

Choose from monthly, quarterly, and yearly subscriptions to match your needs. Your subscription period starts the moment you subscribe and tracks the precise time of starting, down to the minute. If your subscription begins at 9:10 AM, it will be due for renewal at 9:10 AM on the date it is set to renew.

Note on Time Zone: We operate on the Hong Kong Time Zone (HKT). All subscription services, including renewal notices and any related communications, will adhere to HKT.

Cancellation Policy (common to all subscriptions):

You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date. To ensure no further charges, please cancel prior to the billing date listed in your subscription details. If you cancel after your subscription has renewed, you will retain access until the end of the current period for which you have already been billed.

Please be aware that no refunds will be provided for the previous renewed subscription period because our service provides digital products, which are considered used immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned.

The cancellation will only affect future billings; the current subscription term that has been paid for will not be eligible for a refund and will remain active until its completion.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital downloads and digital products, all sales are final, and we cannot accept returns or refunds.

Service termination:

In the improbable event that Socials Studio Limited dissolves, ceases to exist, or decides to discontinue our subscription services, we commit to providing customers with a 30-day notice prior to service termination.

Our goal is to maintain a transparent and fair policy framework to uphold the quality of service and trust with our customers. If you have any questions or require assistance with managing your subscription, our customer service team is ready to help.

Service/product (s)

The Website allows You to purchase digital files (Product) for a fee. We may at Our sole discretion engage third party service providers from time to time to provide certain Services. Each such purchase is intended to be used only by one person, unless specified otherwise under Product’s details. You are not allowed to share Your purchase and/or provide access to such purchase to a third party.
