By using www.socialstocks.co (“Website”) and subscribing to our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Definitions

“Customer,” “You,” “User” – The individual or business accessing our Website and services.
“Company,” “We,” “Us” – Socials Studio Limited Company
“User Account” or “Account” – The online account maintained by the User to access Social Stocks services.
“Product” – Digital content available for download via subscription.
“Standard Plan” – Individual subscription for personal use.
“Agency Plan” – Subscription for agencies and businesses requiring extended licensing.

2. Communications

All official communications, notifications, and reminders will be sent through the following email addresses: support@socialstocks.co, hello@socialsstudio.co, hello@socialstocks.co, or his@socialstocks.co. Communications adhere to the Hong Kong Time Zone (HKT) for subscription renewals and notifications.

3. VAT Policy

Depending on your location, Value-Added Tax (VAT) may apply to your purchase in accordance with local tax regulations. Prices listed on our website exclude VAT charges. If applicable, VAT will be calculated and applied at checkout.

4. Digital Product Delivery

Upon completing payment, you will be directed to create an account, where all purchased digital files will be stored. Once logged in, you can access the content instantly. If you encounter issues, contact hello@socialstocks.co.

5. Subscription Services & Cancellation Policy

5.1 Subscription Options

Choose from monthly, quarterly, or yearly subscriptions.
Your subscription starts immediately upon signup and renews automatically according to your selected plan. Renewal is based on the exact time of activation, down to the minute. For example, if your subscription begins at 9:10 AM, it will renew at 9:10 AM on the scheduled renewal date.

Note on Time Zone: We operate on the Hong Kong Time Zone (HKT). All subscription services, including renewal notices and any related communications, will adhere to HKT.

5.2 Cancellation Policy (common to all subscriptions):

You may cancel at any time before renewal to avoid further charges.
If you cancel after renewal, your access will remain active for the full subscription term, but no refunds will be issued.
No refunds are provided, as digital content is immediately accessible upon purchase.
Chargebacks and disputes will not be entertained for digital products already accessed.
By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product details and understand that all sales are final.

5.3 Service Termination

If Socials Studio Limited Company ceases operations or discontinues the service, we will provide 30 days’ notice before termination.

6. License & Usage Rights

6.1 Standard Plan (Personal and Business)

Grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or business use.
Content cannot be resold, redistributed, or transferred to third parties.
Licensed for personal and business marketing
Permitted use on social media, websites, and advertisements
Not permitted for client projects
Content may be used indefinitely after the subscription ends, provided it remains in compliance with these terms.

6.2 Agency Plan (For Agencies)

Available for corporate entities and agencies requiring extended content usage.
Allows content to be used for multiple clients under one subscription.
Approved for paid media campaigns, advertisements, and commercial projects.
The license remains with the subscribing entity and is not directly transferred to clients.
Clients may use the content as part of a delivered project but cannot resell or redistribute it as standalone assets.
Agencies may incorporate content into client projects, but individual assets cannot be resold or redistributed separately, even if modified.
Content may be used indefinitely after the subscription ends, provided it remains in compliance with these terms.
The license is worldwide with no territorial restrictions.

7. Permitted & Restricted Uses

✅ Permitted Uses

Websites, social media, marketing materials, branding, and advertisements.
Paid media campaigns (Standard and Agency Plan).
Multi-client use (Agency Plan only).
Worldwide use with no time restrictions on previously downloaded content.

❌ Restricted Uses

Reselling or redistributing content as standalone assets.
Claiming ownership of Social Stocks content.
Using content in violation of any laws or third-party rights.

8. Intellectual Property & Warranties

Users do not acquire any intellectual property rights beyond the license granted.
All intellectual property rights remain with Social Stocks or respective licensors.
We warrant that all content on Social Stocks is legally licensed and that we have obtained the necessary rights from content creators to offer this content for commercial use.
However, we do not guarantee that content is free from all possible third-party claims. Users must ensure compliance with any industry or regional regulations.
If you believe any content infringes upon your copyright, submit a formal complaint to hello@socialstocks.co with proof of ownership.

9. Liability & Indemnification

Social Stocks is not liable for claims arising from modifications or misuse of content.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Social Stocks from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal costs resulting from their use of our content, including but not limited to third-party copyright claims.
Social Stocks is not responsible for any disputes related to payment processing; disputes must be handled directly with the payment provider.

10. Privacy Policy

By using Social Stocks, you consent to the collection and storage of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
EU residents may request data deletion as per GDPR guidelines by contacting hello@socialstocks.co.
Users may opt-out of promotional emails at any time.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
Any disputes will be handled in Hong Kong courts.
